This week we will be reading papers about the evolution of gene expression over development. These are two short and provocative papers in Nature ([http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v468/n7325/full/nature09634.html Kalinka et al], and [http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v468/n7325/full/nature09632.html Domazet-Lošo, T. & Tautz]).
