To do today
- make other indole knockout strains competent
- re-do the smell experiment with indole-knockout strain that we have already cultured
- primers for SA-generator
- liquid cultures of the transformants (promoter-RBS-SAMT-terminator)
- if BAMT mutagenesis worked, transform BAMT into BL21 find competent BL21s!!
Transfomants
Transformants were seen on every plate but the R0040.B0030.SAMT.B0015 D plate!!! We hopefully have the wintergreen generating device completed!!!
