We are using Drosophila tissues, embryos, as well as human cultured cells, a combination of genetics, live imaging and in vitro biochemical assays to investigate how interference with microtubules (and Microtubule associated Proteins) affects spindle assembly and spindle orientation, and ultimately cell proliferation. | |||

Welcome to the Cytoskeleton and Cell Proliferation Group!
This is the website of Régis Giet lab, Cytoskeleton and Cell Proliferation, UMR6290-CNRS, Institut de Génétique et Développement-IGDR at Rennes, France.
