*put away dry dishes
 
*wash out 2 L flasks and make 6L of LB and autoclave

*finish concentrating protein, read absorbance on nanodrop, aliquot into 0.5 ml centrifuge tubes and freeze in liquid nitrogen.  store in -80oC freezer.
