The List
- transform your mutant into Rosetta2 cells
- prepare DEAE cellulose according to instructions (look for it on protocols page)
- make 1 L of 1 M Tris-HCl, pH 8.0
- wash out 2 L flasks and make 6L of LB and autoclave
