- Weight out 25g of LB Broth powder
- Transfer to a large beaker, then add 1000mL deionized water, mix
- Split solution in half (two separate bottles)
- (for making plates, add 7.5g of agar to one of the bottles and mix well)
- autoclave both bottles (setting:45min. liquid)
