| 1. Measure 700mL millipore water into a 2L plastic beaker. | 700mL H2O |
| 2. Weigh 30.3g Tris base and add it to the mixture | 30.3g Tris base |
| 3. Weigh 144.2g glycine and add it to the mixture | 144.2g glycine |
| 5. Weigh 10g SDS and add it to the mixture | 10g SDS |
| 6. Stir until dissolved | |
