2010 ~ present, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memphis, TN. Bioinformatics Research Scientist - Analyzing Whole Genome nextgen sequencing, RNAseq, small RNA sequencing data for Pediatric Cancer Genome Project (PCGP)
2008 ~ 2010, National Cancer Institute Center for Bioinformatics, SAIC, SRA, Rockville, MD 20852, Bioinformatics Programmer - Analyzed the microarray, exon capture nextgen sequencing data for The Genome Cancer Atlas (TCGA) project - Updated the copy number, gene expression, microRNA expression data for the Cancer Genome WorkBench (CGWB).
2007 ~ 2008, Johns Hopkins University, Bloomberg School of Public Health. Postdoc training - Implemented a pipeline to predict novel ncRNA in Plasmodium falciparum with an ab initio approach
