What is GYT?

  • GYT stands for Glycerol, Yeast extract, Tryptone *Koray 08:51, 29 November 2010 (EST):

• 10%(v/v) glycerol • 0.125% (w/v) yeast extract • 0.25% (w/v) tryptone
