Tracking and Analysis Software
Description: A set of MATLAB-based programs for the segmentation, tracking, and analysis of real-time movies of growing monolayers of cells. Currently geared toward yeast. Tested in MATLAB R2010a. Please contact cjzopf at mit dot edu for more information.
