Results and Discussion

<img alt="" src="/images/b/b8/Fitkyosilica.png" width="300" height="225" border="0"/ align="left" style="margin-right: 10px;">   左図は合成したメソポーラスシリカを観察したものである。

Figure 2 shows the fluorescent spectral 100μM FITC labeled DNA, 100μM TAMRA labeled DNA and mixture of two DNAs. Fluorescent of FITC-labeled DNA and TAMra labeled were 520 and 580nm at excitation of 480nm light, respectively. Only 580nm fluorescent was observed from the mixture of two DNAs. 520nm fluorescent from FITC was used for the excitation of TAMRA, because two DNAs formed double strand DNA and FITC were located head TAMRA.

figure 1 shows the fluorescent spectra of 50pM Fruoroscene, 50pM TAMURA labeled DNA and mixture of Flioroscene and TAMURA labeled DNA. Fluorescent of fluorescene and TAMURA were 520 and 580nm at excitation of 488nm light, respectively. In this experiment, since there was no FRET effect mixture spectra was consisted with addition of two spectrum.
