Rules Two restriction enzyme coolers are in -20C over the Quanta bay, one labeled common. Only common enzymes have backup, which are stored in main -20C. If the enzyme is available in HF form, only the HF form will be in the backup unless otherwise requested. When the working stock has been (or almost) used up, replace (or combine) with a new tube. Backup ligases and CIP are also in the backup cooler in main -20C.
