- T/R groups: 20 uL of sample was loaded/lane and 0.5 ug of 1kb MW ladder
Top Gel (numbers refer to lanes):
- 1-3 Red
- 4-6 Orange
- 7-9 Yellow
- 10-12 Green
Bottom Gel (numbers refer to lanes):
- 1-3 Blue
- 4-6 Pink
- 7-9 Purple
