-80 Glycerol Stocks

Protocol

• add 1 equivalent of 50% glycerol to overnight stock
• add 300μL mixture to each barcode tube
• scan each tube on Simple Scan 1000 (on the computer next to the robot)

-enter data, and click save

• log position and data into google docs file
• store in -80
