-80 Glycerol Stocks

Protocol
- add 1 equivalent of 50% glycerol to overnight stock
- add 300μL mixture to each barcode tube
- scan each tube on Simple Scan 1000 (on the computer next to the robot)
--enter data, and click save
- log position and data into [hhttps://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AvjDNAea5YizdENMN05Wc3R0LTRUX3djUmJ3ZS1rV2c&hl=en#gid=13 google docs file]
- store in -80
