-	* ~~Insert content here~~...	+	* Tuesday, attempted RNA extraction for the second time using all RNase free materials this time. This time, the sample had a gelatinous consistency that was difficult to pipette - we lost some sample. Thursday set up and ran RT-PCR using the same primer and control sets as before (Grumpy+Cowgirl and Sneezy+Cowgirl). Will do agarose gel electrophoresis to see if we successfully extracted RNA. If the gel shows no presence of cDNA (from RNA in the RT-PCR), we will run RNA gels on our extraction samples from both attempts.
