  • We performed a gel extraction on our two parts, BBa_K123003 (ER) and BBa_E0240(GFP). This gel extraction had a good yeild of DNA.
  • We also have had to think about redesigning our project. We have decided to find a promoter(s) and purchase an oligos for the ERE sequence instead of using the BioBrick part for ERE BBa_K123002.
  • We have a new plan of how to assemble all of our parts together and will begin transforming a new promoters on Tuesday.
