Enzyme Digest of Wintergreen Plasmid

Today, we developed two models for creating our red fluorescent wintergreen smelling bacteria and the steps involved in each. The difference between the two models is the order of the two genes. We did an enzyme digest on our Wintergreen plasmids using two different sets of enzymes based on the wintergreen gene's different positions relative to the RFP gene. Tomorrow, we will grow new cultures for our RFP gene.
