Today we ligated our samples together in 24 different manners to produce 24 different arrangements of the RFP and wintergreen parts. Ligating the samplesToday we ligated our samples together in 24 different manners to produce 24 different arrangements of the RFP and wintergreen parts. We opted to do this amount of combinations to see if the different parts and their arrangements impact any results we may get. These were ligated and incubated at 4 C for 12 days.
