Today we did Agarose Gel Electrophoresis of bacterial DNA(Acenitobacter Calcoaceticus sp)PCR samples.We shared the 1% gel prepared by group 16.After running the gel we didn't see any bands.We figured out that we used bacterial gene primer in positive control which was not supposed to be used.So we will repeat our PCR in next lab.
