The Sweet Smell of.....E.coli?Aaron, Matt, and Diveena performed a ligation of our amplified BBa-J45120 part into our vector behind part BBa_I765001. This experiment was setup with 3 ratios: 5:5, 1:9, and 9:1. These were placed in 4 degrees overnight and will be transformed into E coli during class on Tuesday.
