Entry titlethis week we continued our work on transforming and isolating the plasmid and its part. we also discovered on thursday that our bacteria and medium preparation kit had arrived. after the plasmid was extracted. we began to look over our kit to try to figure out exactly what we would need to do for the next lab period.
