| - | + | On tuesday of this week we ran a gel to see if our extracted plasmids made it through the extraction process, the picture below shows the results of this gel. we think our Plasmid DNA comes out faint because it is such a large chunk of DNA roughly 4,400 bp. on thursday after seeing plasmid dna come through, we went through the digestion and purification steps again. the second gel picture is of our digested plasmid gel results. | |
