Tuesday in lab, we worked primarily on finishing up all lose ends and planned what actions we were going to take for the rest of the week and further
We also sorted out our issues with obtaining the bacteria that we are extracting the OmcF gene from
On Thursday we made our LB plates that we plan on growing our E.coli on. Since our vector in Kanomycin resistant, we made mostly Kanomycin plates with three strictly LB plates.
