Entry title

  • Transformed chemically competent E. coli cells with J62001 plasmid carrying J23100 promoter, pSB1K3 linear plasmid backbone, pSB1A7 (+ control), and dH20 (- control)
  • After transformation, cultures were plated in the following quantities on antibiotic-containing media:
 - pSB1A3(& J23100): 200ul on ampicillin

 - pSB1K3: 200ul on kanamycin

 - pSB1A7: 50ul on ampicillin
           50ul on kanamycin
           50ul on no antibiotic

 - dH2O: 50ul on ampicillin
         50ul on kanamycin
         50ul on no antibiotic
