Mini-prep ALU Sequence

  • Mini-prepped 12 out of 24 of the overnight cultures made on monday.
  • Now that we have isolated out plasmid from the E. Coli cultures we can digest it and run it through a gel next time, this way we will discover whether our not any of the colonies contain Jessica's ALU sequence within the pBlue plasmid.
