FACS
- Collect around 10^5 - 10^6 cells & rinse in PBS (20 000 cells are actually counted for the FACS)
- Fix (using 4% paraformaldehyde) and permeabilize (with 0.2% triton) if necessary (both can be found in 15-ml tubes on our bench in 325)
- Add 0.5mL of 1ary antibody (diluted in PBS) and incubate on ice for 20-30 min
- Add 0.5mL of 2ary antibody (diluted in PBS) and incubate on ice for 20-30 min
