Making Nitrocellulose Coverslips

1. Add 551 mg of Adenosine 5′-triphosphate disodium salt hydrate (A26209 Aldrich)to 8 mL of diwater

2. Adjust to pH 7.0 using 1 M KOH solution

3. Raise to 10 mL with diwater

4. Aliquot (500 uL & 50 uL) and store in -20
