Making Nitrocellulose Coverslips
1. Make bead/Triton mixture: 1 μL beads + 199 μL 0.2% Triton X-100
2. Spread 7.5 μL on each slide
3. Allow coverslips to dry
4. Dip coverslips in 0.1% collodion in amyl acetate
