Maintaining SF9 cells

  • Cells are maintained in 125 mL disposable sterile Erlenmeyer flasks in SF-900 II SFM (Gibco) + 100x Pen-Strep-Glutamine (Life Technologies) at 28 C shaking at 150 rpm
