Gel electrophoresis/Staining of Gel
- Gel electrophoresis system
- Previously amplified DNA samples (from part 1)
- Agarose
- 50x TAE buffer
- Fast Blast™ DNA Stain
Procedure

- Step 2 has some additional information that goes with it. i.e. Keep at 4°C.
- Step 3
