Bioquímica é a ciência que estuda os processos químicos que ocorrem nos organismos vivos. De maneira geral, consiste do estudo da estrutura e função metabólica de componentes celulares, como proteínas (proteómica), enzimas (enzimologia), carboidratos, lipídos, ácidos nucleicos (genética / biologia molecular) entre outros. | |||
