Series 4 - Gene Regulation/Enzymology
In this last experiment you will learn:
- How budding yeast can be used as a model organism to investigate regulation of protein expression and cellular processes
- How mutants are used as genetic tools to investigate complex pathways in cell/molecular biology
- How enzymes function in vivo
- How enzymes are assayed in vitro
