==Assignment Results Section on Experimental Work in Series 3 Reverse Genetics Using RNAi==
Please use the feedback from your Series 1 and 2 Results Sections to improve your final Results Section for our Series 3 Reverse Genetics Project. Questions that should be addressed from these experiments include the following:  What is the function of ''hsf-1'' in ''C. elegans?'' Is Did we successfully downregulate or silence ''hsf-1'' expression with RNAi? Is the ''rrf-3'' mutant strain of ''C. elegans'' enhanced for RNAi compared to N2 (wild type) nematodes? Is the genetically modified CL2070 strain of ''C. elegans'' a effective reporter of gene expression regulation of HSP-16.2? Note that the order in which these questions are listed is NOT necessarily the best order to address them in your Results analysis. Please include a TITLE for this paper.

Is Did we successfully downregulate or silence hsf-1 expression with RNAi? Is the rrf-3 mutant strain of C. elegans enhanced for RNAi compared to N2 (wild type) nematodes? &/or Figure(s)
Table(s) and/or Figure(s) well designed to illustrate conclusions. Included all crucial information that allows the figure or table to make the main points visually and to “stand alone”: novice reader does not need to read the narrative or the legend to see the data’s main meaning. All data adequately identified; correct units included; labeling appropriate. 13-15pts. Identifies question addressed; includes a brief description of the experimental design related to the question; Uses appropriate experimental evidence and explains it effectively to a general audience. Includes all parts requested in assignment description. Writing style uses correct vocabulary, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and is clear and concise. Appropriate conclusions come logically from investigation's findings 0-12.5pts. Missing question addressed, experimental design, appropriate experimental evidence or an inadequate explanation of the evidence. Does not include all aspects requested in assignment description.
