Murashige-Skoog (1969) defined plant tissue culture media
4.42 grams/liter MS media complete(Invitrogen) or make by combining:

MSP2 = ROOT INDUCTION MEDIA
Murashige-Skoog defined plant tissue culture media with:
0.1 mg/liter napthalene acetic acid (NAA), an auxin.
