Subject SelectionFirstly, each of the subjects will need to be randomly selected. Make sure that subjects have limited allergies. Make sure that they do no take any anti-inflammatory medications. Also make sure that each of the subjects are on an anti-inflammatory diet, and that their amount of physical activity is limited. The subjects selected will also have to be generally healthy with no adverse pre-existing conditions.
Sources of Error and BiasOnce again a source of error could be the diet of the subjects, so the control will be the anti-inflammatory diet. The amount of physical activity or exercise can also have an effect on inflammation, so this will need to be limited in the subjects. Also any pre-existing conditions will need to be taken into account.
