This hands-on session will introduce Python as a scripting tool for analyzing data. The topics will include basics to program in Python as well as using existing tools in Biopython. Having UNIX experience or having taken our introduction to the cluster class is required. Course size will be limited but future classes covering similar topics will be scheduled basing on demands.
