| SPRI-te prepared samples have produced high-quality data even when sample input was below the manufacturer's recommendations. Varying quantities (200ng, 50, 12.5, 3.2, 0.8 and 0.2) of 50bp ladder from New England Biolabs were prepared on the SPRI-te and yielded similar concentrations and nearly identical traces when analyzed by BioAnalyzer. <br>
