In nature, order and timing are important for RNA transcription, protein synthesis, decomposition reaction. Our sensory organs which recognize everything around us regard timing as important. When looking to medication, medicines dissolve differently depending on their kinds. On the other hand, in the process of DNA nanostructure formation, order of change, timing, and time change of concentration are very important factors. Nanoengineering is often applied to Drug Delivery System (DDS), and medicines are delivered to the affected part by this system. Order of giving medicines and timing are also important in that process. Considering the order of several kinds of output and timing, existing DNA devices such as logic gates focus on input and output. And, DNA structures such as Oscillator can control output concentration precisely. However, there is a problem that it is hard to get different output about.</p>

Nowadays, the importance of the food is increasing.
Researches on the sense of taste is very hot.
One of them is molecular gastronomy.
In molecular gastronomy, we study cooking from the perspective of chemistry or physics.
Studying a principle of the food which produced as a result of chemical reaction at a molecular level, we cook delicious food chemically.
In addition, some researchers convert the chemical information of taste components (such as sweetness, saltiness, acidity, bitterness, and umami ) into electric information, study quantitatively, try to reproduce various tastes to stimulate a tongue by electricity.
Furthermore, there has been made pretty food such as crackling candy which contains tiny CO2 gas bubble or a candy which changes its color when it is mixed.
Such food are entertainer which approaches to a sense organ.

<h1>Motivation</h1>
<p>Therefore, in this study, we designed a system which can effuse several DNA molecules at regular intervals in order to control time and order of DNA reactions. In this system, variable molecules can be effused by adapting output DNA to liposome-modified DNA.
This system is consisted of a group of biomolecules including DNA, and has high biocompatibility. So we hope that we apply this system to DDS by effusing variable medicines contained in liposomes to the affected part at regular intervals. However, we pursued the entertainment property appealing to our sense. This is because our system with DNA has far smaller burden on human body than existing hard devices which reproduce taste with electricity have. So, we designed “Taste Virtual Reality System”, which stimulate taste bud, and present taste substance.</p>
<p>Our goal is to build the system that derives plural outputs from a single input in which several information of output are coded with interval in turns.</p>

<p>Our system, which releases taste substances in programmable order, can be regarded as a new branch of molecular gastronomy. Molecular gastronomy is an (emerging, interdisciplinary) research field on food, which gives rise to a variety of cuisine and texture we have never experienced before. One of successful examples of the molecular gastronomy is a Japanese food “Teppae” that gives us three tastes, that is acid, spicy, and week acid in a fixed order. We can apply our programmable and scalable system to give a variety of food you want in order. This system will be an application as a new scientific perspective of molecular gastronomy.</p>
