Current revision
I am a postdoc in Tom Maniatis' Lab in the Department of Molecular and Cell Biology of Harvard University. I am investigating misregulated gene expression in the neurodegenerative disease ALS.
Moderately useful things:
- MCB.harvard.edu Email settings
- Mounting the MCB file server onto a linux machine (requires root access)
- Installing RApache
- Installing libRmath
- Using libRmath from Perl scripts (via Inline.pm)
- Where are certain files on my computer
