Bio193 Fall Course 2007: Synthetic Biological Systems

  • This course is approved for the fall
  • Meeting twice a week in the Fall semester
  • Two lectures per topic, first will be an overview, second will be in depth, readings from primary literature
  • Taught by interdisciplinary faculty
  • Opportunity for individual or group practical projects in Spring 2008.

  • Open to juniors or seniors with relevant backgrounds in one of the key areas, or with instructors permission.
  • Assessment: Mid-term, final, creative design essay, modeling practical, problem sets.
