Planning

  • Continued preparing parts for assembly of the "banana bacteria"
  • Decided we are going to complete combined project (banana bacteria) and pursue individual designs
  • Delegated PPT's that needed to be made (Buckner-Lecture, MD-3A Assembly, BB-Ethics in Syn Bio)
  • Posted goals for the next couple weeks (videos, papers, ppts, wet lab etc)

Wet Lab

  • EcoRI digested part BBa_J23100 and ran gel to check length
  • MD Transformed EYFP generator into JM109 cells. Cells were plated for overnight culture
