Knowledge of Cell Size will be necassary to regulate various flows and filters. The most challenging filter will be the sulfur filter. A way to cut costs / add simplicity to our design would be to use very availiable filters and possibly actuate the filtration with nothing but the force of gravity (instead of a vacuum or mechanical press to force media through a filter).
Choosing filter and predicting if the kinetics work with gravity require a rough cell size estimate.
