  • Prep samples for 37 C for 24 and 48 hrs.
    • LB 1-6
    • M9 7-12
  • Plating at 10^-8, 10^-10, 10^-12 and 10^-14 for 1.0 McFarland Standard (LB).
  • Check tomorrow for colony count.
