Bo Xia, Ph.D.

I received a Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the Clemson University, and is a master in Computer Science at Georgia Tech. My researches in the past include discovering cancer driver genes for breast cancer, and defining the catalytic mechanisms of epigenetic enzymes. I also developed computational tools for sequencing data analysis.









Jie Lv, Ph.D.

11/2015 ~ Present

I received a Ph.D. degree in Evolutionary Biology from Rice University, with a dissertation focusing on evolution of genome organization. My background includes a Master's degree in bioinformatics and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology.









Dongyu Zhao, Ph.D.

10/2015 ~ Present

I graduated with a PhD. in Genomics from Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. My dissertation is focused on developing bioinformatics tools for interpretation of high throughput genomic data. My background includes a Master's degree in bioinformatics and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Alin S. Tomoiaga, Ph.D.

I am now a tenure track Assistant Professor of Statistics at the Manhattan College.

I graduated with a PhD degree from Texas Tech University, where I defended my dissertation focused on statistical models applied to genomic pathway analysis. My background includes a Mathematics Master's degree on clinical trials simulations and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
