| Strong candidate for this position can be a PhD with computational biology, biostatistics, biophysics, or any other related background. He will be interested in developing computational algorithms or biomedical databases, inventing statistical methods, or combining cutting-edge bioinformatics technologies to make biomedical discovery in the next generation DNA sequencing data. This candidate will combine epigenome, genome, and transcriptome data to conduct research at a systematic scale, with particular interest in cancer biology or regenerative medicine. Research experiences in biostatistics, machine learning, cancer genomics, epigenomics, or stem cell regenerative medicine will be strongly preferred. Successful candidate will have many opportunities to collaborate with fantastic wet-bench biologists and physician scientists in translational biomedical research.
