Methods
- To create ClustalW alignments and phylogenetic trees for the chosen subjects(3,7,11,12,13, and 14) each subject's sequence datawas uploaded onto Workbench each as a separate session. For Subjects 7 and 14 only selected clones were used. For Subject 7 all the clones from visits 1,3, and 5 were used and for Subject 14 all the clones from visits 5,6,7, and 9.
- For each subject's clones a ClustalW alignment was run using default parameters to generate both the rooted and unrooted phylogenetic trees.
