- format it in excel as you would wish it to appear in the powerpoint, the size.
- copy from excel, paste special to the powerpoint -from excel object
- but before you do this:
- select all cells and wordwrap them
- 6-8 columns of text is about okay at 14pt font. any more move extend to a second sheet.
- box around everything?
- bold and colour headings
