  • format it in excel as you would wish it to appear in the powerpoint, the size.
    • copy from excel, paste special to the powerpoint -from excel object
    • but before you do this:
    • select all cells and wordwrap them
    • 6-8 columns of text is about okay at 14pt font. any more move extend to a second sheet.
    • box around everything?
    • bold and colour headings
