    • MOE430B Annotations, CSV format, Release 30 (6.1 MB, 11/15/09), MOE430B.na30.annot.csv.zip
    • From ReadMe, file format described at this web site
  • Also downloaded ortholog files
    • MOE430A Orthologs/Homologs, CSV Format, Release 30 (6.3 MB, 11/15/09), MOE430A.na30.ortholog.csv.zip
    • MOE430B Orthologs/Homologs, CSV Format, Release 30 (3.4 MB, 11/15/09), MOE430B.na30.ortholog.csv.zip

Combining experimental data and affymetrix data

  1. Opened the affymetrix data
  2. Removed the header and the controls
  3. Opened the experimental data
  4. Removed the header and the controls and sorted it so that it would allign with the affymetrix data
  5. Pasted the two sets of data into one excel document so that they matched up
