Pyocyanin(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pyocyanine is a secondary metabolite secreted by the Gram negative bacterium Pseudomonas aeruginosa. This protocol was established to quantify the pyocyanin produced by a P. aeruginosa culture in broth media.
